On Monday, October 16th, 2023, the University of The West Indies Cave Hill Campus, in partnership with The Erline Bradshaw Foundation, hosted the inaugural UWI Youth Excellence Forum 2023. This event, the first of its kind at UWI Cavehill, aimed to empower UWI Cavehill Blackbirds and involve them in shaping the University's future for the next 60 years. It provided a unique platform for direct interaction with UWI administrators, allowing students to engage with influential youth leaders from the past and present. The forum aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals for 2030 and celebrated the Year of Youth 2023.
